When we began our latest pheno hunt, we weren’t searching for a single winner. We were looking for multiple phenotypes capable of earning a place in the BLEM lineup through months of cultivation, observation, and selection.

After introducing BLEM Dream, our take on the timeless Blue Dream, and BLEM Rude Boy, a heavy-hitting OG-inspired cultivar, we’re excited to unveil the third official selection from that hunt.

Introducing BLEM Marker.

Marker is an indica-dominant hybrid bred from Biscotti × Jealousy × Sherbet—a combination recognized for expressive terpene profiles, dense flower structure, and exceptional resin production.

Like every strain that earns a place in the BLEM lineup, Marker wasn’t selected because of its lineage alone. It consistently separated itself throughout our pheno hunt, proving itself from cultivation through cure before ever reaching the shelf.

Why Marker Stood Out

Every pheno hunt teaches us something different. Marker reinforced a lesson we see time and time again: the best selections aren’t defined by a single standout characteristic—they’re the ones that perform consistently across every stage of the process.

Throughout cultivation, Marker continued to distinguish itself with dense flower structure, heavy resin production, and a terpene profile that remained expressive from harvest through cure. Break open a jar and Marker immediately announces itself with a sweet-and-sour candy aroma layered over rich dessert notes inherited from its lineage. The profile is loud without being overwhelming, carrying the same complexity we had been observing throughout cultivation.

In our experience, Marker leans into deeply relaxing effects while maintaining enough balance for an afternoon or early evening session. Combined with its rich terpene profile and smooth smoke, it quickly became one of the easiest selections from this year’s hunt.
